Whoops, where did the time go?

Hello perverts!

It’s been a month since I’ve last updated you on my progress on everything. And uh… not sure what happened. Oh right, I was distracted by shiny videogames (I’ve been playing and streaming Eco a lot, and once a week I’m streaming World of Warcraft with a stream team buddy of mine. Where? Ohh over at twitch! Clickie! Please follow me, makes me feel happy :))

That same stream team buddy of mine is called Maxiusslight and he and his friends decided to make a youtube series with help from a game called Space Engineers. It’s a fun little game that I’ve played too, and he asked me to be part of it. At first because a friend of his dropped out, but when that friend returned, he was so gracious to write me a part anyway.

Episode One is now on youtube. It’s easy to figure out who I am, I’m the only girl 🙂 We’re well aware of the audio issues this episode has, and episode 2 is going to be better. We’re actually in pre-production for that and I’ve recorded my lines already! So exciting!

I’ve also been making bracelets. I mean, I’ve been wanting to try to do that for a while now, nothing finicky, just putting beads onto a cord and tie it up, and in January my inlaws gave me a ton of stuff to work with – I’ll be returning 99.9% because it’s stuff I don’t want to play with LOL. And I’ve been quite enjoying myself. And they look pretty… decent.

Okay, but you’re following me for my writing stuff, so let’s continue with that 🙂

Raising the Stakes is now finished! And yes, Meeko and I were working on the last part of the trilogy, but then life happened and work happened and general exhaustion happened… but trust me, it will come!

I just updated Intertwined with chapter 16. Only 9 more chapters to go!! Exciting, isn’t it?

Now, with only 9 chapters to go of Intertwined, I think it’s safe to share you a little bit of my next story, which will be Underground Railroad, a Twilight/Teen Wolf fic, Bella/Isaac. I’m currently having this as my Camp Nano project to add words to it and I’m on chapter 20.

What can I say about the fic? Hmm… it’s a slow burn. I just realized that. It’s a slow burn and I didn’t mean to write it like that. But it happened. Let me share a little scene here… from chapter 1. Yes. Why not?

“Darlin’, I know,” Jasper said as he stopped walking and gently placed his hands on her shoulders as he looked at her. “Trust Peter. Trust that it will work out.”

“Trust someone who I wasn’t even allowed to meet whenever he was in town,” she snarled, thinking about Edward, then sighing and running a hand through her hair in remorse.

“And why do you think you weren’t allowed to meet with him? Edward’s afraid to lose you. He loves you and he perceives someone like Peter a threat.”

She rolled her eyes. “Surrounded by the family, like that will happen. Besides, he’s mated already. Sometimes I just want to slap some brains into him.”

“What’s stopping you?”

She gave him a look that indicated his own moronic thought.

“Right. Human Bella. Vampire Edward,” Jasper said sheepishly before grinning. “Let’s go back to get you some food.”

“Yes, let’s feed the human like the pet she is after the whole drama over wedding food she’s been causing,” Bella muttered as she turned away from him, walking away. “It’s no wonder Laurent said what he did when he found me that day. Sometimes I wondered…”

“It’s easy to be considered someone’s pet when you’re the weaker of the two,” Jasper said as he pushed his hands in his pockets and strolled after her. “I mean, I’m definitely Alice’s pet. She’s got me wound around her little finger and can make me do things,” he added.

She was silent as what he referred to in regards to his relationship had no bearing on hers. Blinking, she tried not to think about the conversations Edward continuously avoided about her mandatory turning. She knew he was still extremely resistant and wondered if he would refuse to until the end, thus continuing putting her life in danger. Was she really a pet? No, he loved her, right?

Hmm… let’s see, what else is there?

*thinks*

RIGHT! So, the other day both Meeko and Mara were talking about me writing an origin story for my beloved OC Myriam Jenkins. You know, the Myriam who seems to pop up in every single fic since I introduced her in… what was it, Beautiful Soul? Sure, she is different each time, but at the core, she’s the same. Hell, Meeko was even allowing me to write Myriam into a story we’re writing together (Between Heaven And Hell). What do you guys think? Would you be interested in reading a story like that? Just the Originals with Myriam as an OC? Or do you want me to add a sprinkle of Twilight in there as well?

Granted, it will be a while before I’ll write that because I do have a Kol/Bella in mind for after I finish Underground Railroad and start posting that. But it’s always good to have a list of ideas so I never run out, right?
