“You look tense.”
Damon turned around to address the voice to go and fuck herself, fuck off, or whatever; he had better things to do; such as keeping an eye on his brother’s girlfriend because she decided to do something stupid, such as attending this ball that their arch nemesis had thrown. Or whatever. Klaus Mikaelson was trouble, why the hell were they attending his ball?
Damn Elena for being so damn human. For having a big heart and not thinking that they could actually kill her. She was a fucking doppelganger, what was she thinking? No, this new girl needed to leave him alone so he could focus on protecting Elena and keeping an eye on Klaus.
Klaus wasn’t alone; this entire house was filled with Mikaelsons; mother Esther and then Klaus and his stupid siblings. Kol already had said Damon wasn’t standing out enough to be remotely interesting, and Damon was just about ready to find a way to kill them all.
He opened his mouth to say something, but one look at the brunette standing in front of him made him think otherwise. Her hair was high up in a ponytail, her big brown eyes adorned by thick, rock-chick makeup and she was wearing a fiery red dress with open sides. What completed her look was a leather jacket hanging loosely over her shoulders. Wow. What a knockout. “Well, hello nurse!”
She smiled at him then, the most beautiful smile and a perfect set of teeth greeting him. “Hello,” she echoed him. “You are tense.”
“No, I’m Damon,” he countered playfully, taking her hand and kissing it. “And who might you be?”
“Who do you want me to be?” She teased him, running a hand up his arm.
“No,” he laughed. “What’s your name?” If she was crazy, she was definitely his kind of crazy.
She shrugged. “What do you want it to be? Tonight I could be everything you want me to be, does that sound agreeable?”
It did, actually. For some reason, Damon had the feeling that she could provide the perfect distraction from his current problem. Stefan was here, too, so why should he pay attention to Elena anyway? “This ball blows, want to go for a walk?”
“Sure,” she smiled at him, looping her arm through his. “Lead the way, Damon.”
He took her to the park nearby; Damon needed to stay close to the Mikaelson family mansion in case his brother needed him, but a part of him wanted to get as far away as possible from it all. One wrong move by either Elena or Stefan and he and Stefan would be dead. They’d keep Elena alive because of her blood. One way or the other, Klaus would find a way to make Elena shut up and be a good little blood donor for his damn hybrids.
Then again, with Stefan’s emotions still switched off and not really caring… maybe it was better to go back to the party and keep an eye on Elena. Stefan was more curious about the reasons as to why Elena was invited to the ball than to keep her alive. He couldn’t be trusted with her safety now.
“Where are your thoughts, Damon?”
“I’m sorry, I… came to this party with a mission, and it feels ludicrous to leave it with a total stranger… distracting me from my job.”
“What’s your job?”
“Funny enough, protecting my brother’s on and off girlfriend from a bunch of crazy people.”
The girl let out a snort. “There are enough vampires in there to protect her, Damon, you’re allowed to take a breather,” she stopped walking underneath a tree and looked up to him. “She is not your responsibility.”
He blinked at her. Did she know about vampires? “Who are you?”
“Does that matter? That beautiful girl seems to be quite unusual; I highly doubt that the ‘crazy people’ will do anything to harm her. Relax,” she took both of his arms, gently. His arms felt so huge in her tiny hands; it was ridiculous. “You have a lot going on right now, let’s forget about it for a moment and have some fun.”
She took a step closer then, standing toe to toe with him and he froze. “Besides,” she whispered. “Your friend didn’t look particularly happy with your presence.” She tiptoed and softly kissed his lips. “But I am.”
What harm could it do? This stranger was right; he needed to relax and have some fun; he’d been on edge for a long time now and all the shit he was dealing with. Stefan. Elena. Klaus and hybrid puppies. “What did you have in mind?”
“What do you have in mind?” she countered, a playful smile on her lips. “I’ve been told that I’m very… limber.” She licked her lips as she looked at him through her lashes, and then the girl did the unthinkable; she bit her bottom lip. Fuck. How did she know it was a complete turn on for him?
Grabbing her, he had her up against the tree in no time, his pants down and his hand between her legs, feeling around for her non-existing underwear. Whoever this strange girl was, she was a woman on a mission and dammit; she hit the mark. She didn’t scream. Instead, she was making delightful little sounds that turned him on even further, her legs wrapped around him as he plunged into her.
“Oh, fuck,” she muttered under her breath, her hands on his arms to steady herself. She didn’t need to put her feet on the ground; he was strong enough to hold her right where he wanted, and she felt unbelievably good around him. “More, please,” she whimpered against him, and he obliged.
Her scent was making him drunk; it was affecting his senses. Her body heat radiated through her dress and through her pussy right onto his dick and her heart was beating faster; she was finding this just as exciting as he did.
“You’re so big,” she panted, a tiny moan escaping her lips. “You can fuck me harder, if you wish, don’t be afraid to break me, I’ll be okay.”
She was nuts!
“Please, Damon,” she begged him. “Break me. Split me in half, please.”
He pulled her away from the tree for a moment, feeling her slide down even further on his cock before pushing her back into it, her head bumping against the trunk, but she laughed. She laughed like a maniac, and it made him laugh as well. “You’re nuts!”
“I know!” she cried out and tightened her hold on him. “You’re so good… so big… I’m surprised it even fits! Damon… Oh god…” she panted as she put her head on his shoulder. “Please, I’m nearly there…”
She came first, pulling him over the edge with her and it was incredible. They fell hard, but it made the return to their senses so much better. “Wow,” he exclaimed as he pulled out of her and gently put her back on her feet, making sure she was steady before pulling his pants back up. “You okay?”
She goofily smiled at him for a moment. “I feel great! How do you feel? Better?”
“Are you sure you’re okay?”
“Yeah,” she smiled brightly at him and caressed his cheek. “See? It’s not that bad of a thing to think of yourself first. You’re just as important as everyone else, Damon. Have some fun. Some me time,” she tiptoed again and planted a kiss on his lips. “Enjoy life, even though you’re dead.”
Damon wasn’t quite sure what happened next, though. He knew that she turned him around and pushed him gently against the tree, but the next moment she was gone. And he knew that he just had some mind blowing sex, but for the life of him, he couldn’t remember her face. All he knew was that she had been hot and cute and very crazy, but why couldn’t he remember her face?
