OMFG a big post of updaaaates

The first week of Nanowrimo is done and dusted. Here are some questions from a meme that I snagged off of Tumblr. That will get interesting because the questions are focused on writing a novel, and I’m just writing scraps… finishing projects… Ah well.

Speaking of finishing projects… No Other Lover is now completed with three parts, three different banners, and 31.000 words. Not bad for someone who hasn’t written ANYTHING but law enforcement roleplay in the last year and a half.

I’m particularly in love with the banner for part 3. *noms* Yes! I uploaded part 3 yesterday! Enjoy! It’s the final part until I want to revisit them, and we’ll see then. But for now, their journey is complete.

So, the next project for Nano will be… finishing Kingdom. I stopped working on Kingdom around chapter 10 or 11, and I really hope I get to write at least another 10.000 words for that story, preferably more so I can keep up to speed with Nanowrimo.

Chapter 4 of Kingdom was also posted yesterday! It doesn’t count for Nano, but I guess I’m sitting on shit *grins* I’ll plan on uploading weekly, maybe bi-weekly, depending on how many more chapters I have to write and have this puppy fully uploaded and written by the end of the year.

So what happens if I can’t make 50k with finishing Kingdom? To be honest, I don’t think I can write about 40k of words for Kingdom, so I’ll have to write something new. It’s a good thing that Meeko came up with an idea something about Twilight’s Peter… who I don’t usually write, and I have no idea how to make it work, but we’ll see. I’ve been watching Season 3 of Medici for the ancient castle kind of feel, y’know. (And for those who know me, I watch for the ‘plot’…)

And if I still don’t make it to 50k??? I don’t know yet LOL. And that’s scary. Let’s just be hopeful that I’ll get there with Kingdom and the Peter story.

Anyway, back to writing.
