Yesterday I uploaded chapter 14 of A Lightened Path Home. This is the penultimate chapter and it features a drunk Bella. Is drunk Bella a disaster or is she so much fun?! Read and find out 😉 Yep, one more chapter to go and the story will be complete in all its glory!
I know that I said that I’d stick to a Wednesday upload but I don’t want to overcrowd your updates. Like… I still have another chapter of Oops! to upload and yeah, the maths.
It’s so much fun to see that you’re excited about Divine Happenstance. I can tell you that it’s a lighthearted fic, no darkness. Maybe a little angst but nothing dark. It’s all on the fluffy side. It follows season 1, 2 and 3 of The Vampire Diaries. Maybe season 4 too. Not sure yet. After that, it’ll head into Originals territory. There’s a CeilingCat and a TrashPanda.
Damonlady/YuskemaraGirl already read the first chapter and she’s excited. Meeko, who gave me the prompt that started this story (and it still needs to make an appearance, mind you!) is in love.

I’m busy with making sure that Christmas will be nice. I don’t decorate my own house because of all the mess and I don’t like putting something up only to have to clean it up a few weeks later. However, I always spend Christmas at my mom’s house. I’m in charge of the food and snacks. Mom wanted me to make a list. Working on it, but the best part is is that the supermarkets in my town have some of the things I want on sale. WIN! I still need to wrap all my gifts and buy one more, but that’s easy. Besides, living in a small town has its perks, it doesn’t go batshit crazy with shoppers! We’ll likely be food buying this week, but until then, I’m going to enjoy day 2 of staying indoors in my pj’s and working on Divine Happenstance.
